What Do We Do?
We consider the standard services we provide for home management to be a complete thorough inspection of the building at least once a week, review of suppliers’ activities and acceptance of work performed after repairs and maintenance, and monthly informing homeowners of all-important house essentials.
Premium services depend on the specific property.
Ask for a tailor-made maintenance plan for you to meet all your requirements.
We can also provide cleaning, whether regular or one-time, e.g., for your arrival. And during your stay, we will take care of everything else. Also, handing over or taking over the house keys in case of renting the house to other people is not a problem.
